If you are just beginning your journey into practicing yoga, I can help you establish a foundational understanding of yoga postures. Through guidance, feedback, and hands-on assists, I can help you build the groundwork to a safe and effective practice.
Working one-on-one can be instrumental to deepening any practice. Sometimes injury can play a role in how we approach movement and prevent us from attending a public class. I also host private sessions that aim to tailor a practice for injury management. I’m incredibly passionate about sharing safe, intelligent and creative sequencing with others.
