Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Yoga throughout your pregnancy can help strengthen you through practice and uplift you through breath. This workshop is a space for expecting mothers to move through a mindful prenatal yoga sequence as well as discuss how to modify regular yoga classes. Practice will be taught at all levels for all stages of pregnancy. Sequences are designed to build strength, heighten pelvic awareness and explore poses that help expecting mothers cope with discomfort.

Yoga for Us: PoC Yoga

A space for Black and brown folx to sweat, breathe, and flow together. Classes are all-levels, vinyasa-based, and set to soulful music.

Root to Rise - Floral Yoga Pop-Up


Spring is here, and so is the opportunity to fully bloom! Join Lauren Marmol, Calla Hill Floral and Somos Coffee for a pop up experience unique to the season.

Our 75-minute Vinyasa Flow will sync breathe and movement, to build heat. We'll move through fluid postures to open hips and shoulders. You can expect to sweat, invigorate, and feel uplifted.

This class will be taught in a space designed to bring your practice "amongst the flowers," followed by freshly brewed espresso drinks in the garden.
